GCIC/NCIC Return Alerts and Parsing.

GCIC returns a text "blob"  when a return is requested.  We help officers and court clerks by reading for specific information and parsing it into fields in our system.  Parsing means, we take the text information returned from GCIC/NCIC and make it useful.  We extract information from the text:

First Name
Middle Name
Last Name
Address
OLN
Tag Number
Tag Year
Vehicle Year
Vehicle Make
Vehicle Model
Vehicle Style
VIN
Insurance Information

We also search the return for key words used by GCIC/NCIC to flag important information in a person (DQ) and vehicle (RQ) record.  Below are the items found in the return and the message we display.
