How to run NCIC in JusticeONE® Court

 

Batch level

 

1.       Login to NCIC by clicking the NCIC option in the left hand navigation, then Login

2.      A blue background with white text

3.      After you have successfully logged in, choose the Court option

 

4.      You now have two options on how to proceed

 

a.      Choose Cases and select the option for Court Session, choose the court session

b.      Or, choose Court Calendar, click on the session.

5.      Select the cases you wish to run NCIC search on

6.      Click the NCIC Batch Query button

 

 

7.       Choose the type of batch you would like to run and the system will show you the tickets that qualify

Charge Level

1.       Follow the same steps to login to NCIC

2.      Locate the Case you want to run a search for, this can also be accomplished at the Charge (citation) level

3.      Click on the NCIC Queries option

4.      You can now choose the type of search you want and click the Run button
