Setting Up Users in JusticeONE NCIC for Court

For existing JusticeONE® NCIC users, you'll need to update your settings to have access in Court.  This will need to be done after your data is converted.

  1. Make sure your Court Administrators have NCIC Administrator and NCIC User permissions.  Make sure each clerk that needs NCIC has NCIC User permission.
  1. Copy the user ID from the User Management table for the user you are updating.
  1. Login to shieldofjustice.us and go to ORI Management.  
  1. Paste the User ID into the 3rd party identifier and save

 

 

To run searches in Court:

 

  1.  Click the NCIC option in the left hand navigation.
  1. Click Login
  1. Login to shieldof justice.us
  1. Navigate to the Calendar and click on the Court Session you want to work with.
  1. You'll see a button for NCIC Batch Query.
    1. NOTE:  The button will not appear if you haven't logged in
