JusticeONE® NCIC Password Reset
Resetting a JusticeONE® Sheild of Justice Password
Below are the steps to reset your password for Sheild of Justice.
Click the “Forgot Password” link next to the “Login” button
Enter your email address to access the JusticeONE® product platform (Shield of Justice NCIC).
The system will send you an email to reset your password.
First, check your “junk” email folder if you do not receive an email. If you still have not received the link, please contact your Terminal Agency Coordinator (TAC) and ask them to send you a reset link. If you are a TAC, or the JusticeONE® team by submitting a support request and advise them that you went through the steps and did not receive an email.
