JusticeONE® RMS Change Case Number Feature
Using the “Change Case Number Feature” in JusticeONE® RMS
When using JusticeONE® RMS, case numbers can be changed under the following conditions:
3rd Party Case numbering is selected (CRN is received from 911/dispatch/agency logbook) or
The case is in “draft” mode and has not been approved or
The user has the appropriate permissions to make the change (the admin can change this permission).
To use the “Change Case Number Feature,” go to the case and locate the hashtag symbol “#” on the right side of the screen.
Click on the hashtag symbol and enter the new case number.
