How to find hidden menu options
How to find menu items when your screen resolution is set high
We are using this example from RMS | Incident, but this could apply to any screen with a grid and options to the far right.
When you have your display resolution set in your browser
above 100%, you may lose the options to the right-hand side of the screen. They aren’t really gone, they have just relocated
to show in a different place.
Another solution is to click the three stacked dots in your
browser window and reduce your display resolution for that web browser tab
only. Depending on your screen size, you
may need to reduce it to 80 or 90%. In
the case of my screen, I’m able to see all icons at 100%
