Rescheduling a Case

How to reschedule a court date for a case

1.     From Court, select the Case option in the left-hand navigation

2.     Filter and find the case you need to reschedule, or find it using the global search at the very top of each screen.

3.     Once in the case from the Case Action dropdown, choose “Reschedule” and click Submit.


4.     This will open the Reschedule notice options for this case.  If there is more than one charge they will all display and allow all to be rescheduled at the same time.

5.     Choose your new Court Session from the dropdown menu.

7.     Check all appropriate checkboxes

8.     Click on the Reschedule button to go to the print preview screen.

9.     From the print preview screen you can print or save as a PDF for emailing.
