How do I add a new user to Courtware Hosting (Azure)?

Due to the sensitive nature of the data contained on the Courtware Hosting servers, users can only be added by the JusticeONE team.

Please submit a support request and include the full first and last name of the user to be created, as well as the agency (including the state), in the description.

Example:  "Please add John Smith as a user for Testville GA Municipal Court."

If you are the individual needing access, please contact your agency supervisor / manager and have them submit on your behalf.  Requests submitted by an individual for themselves will have to be verified with the agency.
