Search for an Address in JusticeONE Using the Global Search

1. Log into Justice ONE,

2. Use the Global Search bar at the top of the page and type in your query criteria

3. We will use "1217 Adams Lake"

4. Give the search time to load...

5. Then select the type of option you are looking for. In this case, I am looking for an incident, so I click incidents

6. And I see the one report that I am looking for. The search matches on all possible word combinations, so there will likely be unrelated results in this list as well. I do not recommend using the "Exact Match" feature for addresses, it will often prevent valid results from showing.

7. From the search results, you can access the record where the search criteria was located.

8. And you'll be in the matching report.
