How to Obtain Your Public IP Address and Submit a Whitelist Request
Overview
This guide will walk you through the process of retrieving your public IP address using IPChicken.com and submitting a request to have it whitelisted through the JusticeOne support portal.
Step 1: Retrieve Your Public IP Address
To find your public IP address, follow these steps:
- Open a web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.).
- Navigate to IPChicken.com.
- Your public IP address will be displayed prominently at the top of the page. (See below example, address has been redacted for security)

- Copy the IP address by selecting it (click and drag or double click on the address itself to highlight) and pressing
Ctrl + C (Windows) or Cmd + C (Mac).
Step 2: Submit a Whitelist Request
Once you have copied your public IP address, submit a request to have it whitelisted:
- Open a web browser and go to JusticeOne Support Portal.
- Fill out the required fields in the ticket submission form (see image below for guidance).

- In the Description field, clearly state that you are requesting to whitelist your public IP address and paste the copied IP address. Example:
"Please whitelist the following IP address: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX."
- Provide any additional required details and submit the ticket.
Additional Notes
- If you experience any issues retrieving your public IP address, try refreshing the IPChicken page or using an alternative service like WhatIsMyIP.
- Ensure you are submitting the request from the correct network where access needs to be granted.
- You may need to wait for up to 30 minutes for the whitelist to take effect.
