• Authorization from your court or agency to register for AOC services.
• Contact information for the primary account holder (name, email, phone number).
• Court or agency details, including jurisdiction and physical address.
• Any necessary access credentials or approval from the Georgia AOC.

Step-by-Step Registration Process

Step 1: Access the AOC Registration Portal

1. Navigate to the Georgia Administrative Office of the Courts website pertaining to GSP imports: Georgia State Patrol (GSP) Citation Webservice
2. Click on the appropriate links to access the reference documentation and to begin the registration process (outlined in red below).
   
3. In case the link is broken for any reason, you can also email helpdeskaoc@georgiacourts.gov with the subject line of New GSP Citation Account Request

Step 2: Request an Account.

1. Provide the required details in the email, including:
   • Full Name
   • Email Address
   • Phone Number
   • Agency or Court Name
   • Agency/Court Address

Step 4: Submit Access Request for GSP Citation Import

1. Log in to your newly created account.
2. Navigate to the Request Access section.
3. Select Georgia State Patrol Citation Import from the list of available services.
4. Provide additional details as requested, such as:
   • Jurisdiction details
   • Reason for access
   • Supporting documents (if applicable)
5. Click Submit Request.

Step 5: Approval & Activation
