How to search in JusticeONE Court

There are multiple ways to search for charges in Court.  Below we’ll be discussing each and where to find them.

Case Grid

On the case grid you can:

Use the grid, set data parameters and use the filters to find the data you’re looking for:

The default search is set to “Search by Charge#”

The drop-down next to the magnifying glass above will open up additional search options for searching by license number, date of birth, and advanced search.

Advanced Search

Clicking on the advanced search from the drop-down opens up the most possibilities in searching.  This will allow you to search with a combination of information.

·       Choose the search type.  Your options are Person, Location, Charge, or Vehicle.

o   You can limit the data by date range, but it is not required.

Person Search screen

Location Search screen

Charge Search screen

Vehicle Search screen

Global Search

You can also use the global search functionality at the top of every screen.  You can enter the information you’d like to search and the system will locate items that match that search.  This is similar to a search you’d do in a web browser.

You can limit the types of returns by choosing a category.  Click the arrow next to “Select Search Category” and choose from the list below.
