Property
and Evidence: Admin Portal, Required Roles
The “Roles/Permissions”
section will allow the review of what each permission will do when assigned.
These
permissions will guide the assignment of roles in the initial setup of the
agency’s users.
Each Evidence Custodian should be marked “Is Admin” and have the
roles
“RMS Administrator,” “Evidence Officer,” and “Evidence Custodian.”
The “Evidence Officer” role should be assigned to all
officers who will drop property into temporary locations.
