Month End (Funds) Balancing

Think of the court process much like any invoicing function.  Once the Court is paid, the court must pay a variety of Funds (Vendors) for their part in this process.  Each Fund or Surcharge (vendor) has a different criteria for how and when (based on violation code for example) they receive payment.  This process in accounting and in most States is known as Month End Reporting.
