Keeping a Copy of your VCMS Import Error Report after importing from JusticeONE RMS.
1. First, run your JusticeONE Import in VCMS.
2. When the import process completes, this .pdf will appear. This is your Import Error Report, and they are designed for troubleshooting the import you just processed. While it is not necessary to maintain these, some courts choose to keep them for a reasonable time, for reference. They can sometimes help with troubleshooting certain issues, especially those involving data differences between VCMS and JusticeONE RMS.
VCMS does not archive these reports, and once you close the report view, this report cannot be recreated.
If you want to maintain a copy, you have two options:
- You can print the file from this view, either to a paper printer or by using Microsoft Print to PDF.
- This is usually the quickest way to keep a copy. If you choose this method, you can skip the remainder of this article.

Click the "View PDF" button

3. This will open the file folder that contains the report. From here you can copy it to another location for storage.
