There are now two ways to run the Auto Bond Forfeiture/Auto Case Closing function: from the left-hand navigation or from the Case Management screen.

 Auto Case Closing Menu Option:

1.       Login to the Court product

2.      Choose Auto Case Closing from the left-hand navigation (last option)

3.      Set your date parameters

4.      Select the charges you wish to close (use the checkbox on the grid to select all)

 

5.      Click the button “Close Selected Charges”

 

Case Management Screen

1.      Click the Auto Close button from the Court Case Management screen.
