New Violation Code

1.       Login to the Admin Portal

2.      Navigate to Lookup Values | Court Lookups | Violations/Cashbonds

3.      Click the Add Violation button

4.      You’ll now enter all information for the violation code on the primary screen

Existing Violation Code

1.       Login and Navigate the same as new bond amount

2.      Locate the violation code using the filters, in the example we are using 16-10-24.1

3.      Click on the violation code once to select

4.      Click the “Add Bond Amount” (uses a pop up screen) or “Quick Add” button (works in the grid)

5.      Choose the “Class”, then enter the Bond Amount and Additional Cost, if any

6.      Save

Speeding Offense Bond Amount

This will work the same as other offenses, except you must make sure the Type = Traffic and the Class = Speeding.  This will enable a different bond screen that allows for posted speed and amount of fine based on speed over posted.
