How to create and/or edit a Blackout Period on the court calendar
How to add Blackout Periods to the Court Calendar
The calendar's blackout period allows users to apply
blackout dates to prevent them from assigning a specified court session.
Blackout dates appear on the calendar as lines and show an information message
with additional details regarding the blackout.
Navigate to the Calendar from the left-hand navigation. The blackout icon will appear in the top
right corner above the calendar.
Click on the icon to bring up the blackout session pop out.
Click the “New Blackout Period” button to set a new calendar
event.
Enter the information for the blackout period start
date/time and end date/time then click the “disk” icon to save.

If a user attempts to reschedule items to the blackout date a
message will appear advising this is a blackout date.
