How to add Court Dates for eTickets in JusticeONE® RMS/Mobile RMS

How to add Court Dates for eTickets in JusticeONE® RMS/Mobile RMS

  1. Navigate to JusticeONE® on the web via www.justice-one.us.

  1. Click on the Admin Portal (you will need Admin credentials)

  1. Click on the E-Ticketing down arrow

  1. Click on Court Date Setup

  1. Choose your Court Name and Select Edit (pencil icon under Actions)

  1. Click on the Court Calendar tab

  1. Click + Add Another Court Date to enter new Issue Date, Next Court Date, and Next Court Time. Note: time is listed in military time.

  1. Once you’ve entered the new date, choose to save (disk icon).

The new date is now added and will sync to your devices.

Note: Your court date/time will go in the “Next Court Date/Time” fields. The “Issue Date” should be the day you start issuing those tickets for that specific court date. The system works from Issue Date to Issue Date.

So, for instance,

If you put 4/15/2025 as issue date, with a June Court.

Then you added 5/15/2025 issue date, with a July Court.

Any tickets issued from 4/15 to 5/14 would have the June Court Date.

Any tickets issued after the next issue date move to the Next Court date in the list.

If you’ve already got some setup, you may just have to edit and adjust them. If you need assistance, please let support know and they will be able to assist you via www.justice-one.net.
