How to add court dates for e-ticketing in Mobile RMS and E-Citation

How to set up the calendar for e-ticketing use

·       Navigate to Admin Portal | E-Ticketing | Court Date Setup

·       Make sure to set your Court as the default court

·       Locate the pencil icon for the court you wish to create/update with court dates.  Click the icon to proceed into that court.

·       Choose the Court Calendar tab

·       Click “Add Another Court Date” button

·       You can add the Issue Date (Date you are writing the citation), Next Court Date and Next Court Time.

·       Using the grid above, here's how it would read:

·       Tickets issued between 01/01/2023 and 02/01/2023 would have a court date of 02/28/2023.

·       You can enter your court calendar for the entire year and it will automatically advance.
