Government Window Integration Overview and Support Guidance

Government Window Integration Overview and Support Guidance

Overview

JusticeONE maintains a legacy integration between Courtware VCMS and Government Window.

For courts using Courtware VCMS, eligible tickets may be exported to Government Window, where Government Window processes online and phone payments for court fines and fees. Payment information is then returned to Courtware VCMS.

This integration exists only for legacy Courtware VCMS customers.

JusticeONE does not set up new Government Window integrations, and the current JusticeONE platform is not compatible with Government Window. Government Window is not offered or supported for new customers, new courts, or new implementations.

This article explains who to contact based on the type of issue you are experiencing.

When to Contact JusticeONE Support

Contact JusticeONE Support if your issue involves data not transferring correctly between Courtware VCMS and Government Window.

JusticeONE Support is the appropriate contact if:

• A ticket exists in Courtware VCMS but does not appear on the Government Window website
• A payment was completed through Government Window but does not appear in Courtware VCMS
• A legacy Courtware VCMS court believes there is a ticket export or payment import issue
• Ticket or payment data appears delayed or missing after a Government Window transaction

In these cases, JusticeONE Support can review Courtware VCMS ticket exports, payment imports, and related system activity.

When to Contact Government Window Support

For all other Government Window–related issues, JusticeONE is not the appropriate point of contact.

Contact Government Window Support directly for:

• Problems completing payments on the Government Window website
• Payment failures, declined payments, refunds, or charge disputes
• Government Window website availability or performance issues
• Phone or IVR payment issues
• Government Window user accounts, passwords, or login access
• Questions about convenience fees, payment policies, or receipts

Government Window support instructions are available at:
https://www.governmentwindow.com/support.html

Important Support Limitations

• JusticeONE cannot access, configure, or troubleshoot Government Window systems
• JusticeONE Support has limited visibility into Government Window systems beyond ticket and payment data returned to Courtware VCMS

If you are unsure whether your issue involves Courtware VCMS data transmission or a Government Window platform issue, JusticeONE Support can help determine the correct point of contact.
