Entering a New Ticket in VCMS
To enter a ticket/citation into VCMS follow the instructions below
Below are the steps for entering a new ticket (citation) into VCMS.
From the top menu, select “Case Management,” which opens the case management screen and includes the submenu.
From the sub-menu, select “New Ticket.”

Once the “New Ticket” screen opens, the printed ticket/citation details can be entered. The blue highlighted fields are required.
*It is recommended that all available information.
The required fields will be (images below):
After entering all fields, select the “Save and New Ticket” option at the bottom of the screen.



After all information is complete, choose your save
option from the bottom of the screen.
