1. Login to JusticeONE MobileRMS
2. Click on the Settings icon for setup options
3. Click on the button for “Show Sync Status”
4. When you see an item that has failed, click on the pencil icon
5. Correct any red highlighted errors or misspelled words/abbreviations
6. Choose the Save option and it will resend to the web.
7. The usual causes of sync issues are an abbreviation in hair or eye color, misspelled hair or eye color, or Vehicle models not existing in JusticeONE Admin Portal Lookup Values.
