Scan Media - Dynamsoft Service Setup for TWAIN devices
On first use, the user
is presented with a popup dialog to install “Dynamsoft Service Setup” for TWAIN
devices. The .msi file will be downloaded to the users’ download folder on
their pc. This program must be run by the user prior to scanning.
User is then asked to “Verify Completion” in the
popup dialog.
If the user forgets to install “Dynamsoft Service Setup” prior
to clicking “Confirm/Test Connection”, the user will receive an error message
and a reminder to install the .msi file. (Console errors generated during
this process are expected and related to MSI not yet being installed and the inability
of JusticeONE® to connect to a scanner device.)
Once successfully installed and the user clicks
to “Confirm Connection”, the user will be presented with a dialog listing their
scanning device. Clicking the device and “Select” button begins the scan
process
A document thumbnail will be presented with a
successful scan.
