Statutory Definition of Family or Household Member:
       Spouses or former spouses
       Persons with a child in common
       Adult persons related by blood or marriage
       Adult persons residing together (past or present)
       Persons age sixteen years or older, residing together (past or present),
            with a dating relationship (past or present)
       Persons age sixteen years or older with a dating relationship (past or present)
       Persons with a biological or legal parent-child relationship; including
            stepparents/stepchildren and grandparents/grandchildren
