How to text a link for payment to a customer from JusticeONE® Pay
1. Login to the Payment Portal (payadmin.justice-one.us)
2. From the left-hand navigation choose the icon for the Debts list
3. Using the filters, find the person you need to text
4. Click on the cellphone icon for that charge under the actions column
5. A pop up box will appear with information and allowing you to enter their phone number
6. Click Send after you enter the phone number
