JusticeONE Call For Service Edit Caller After Call Creation

Editing Caller / Complainant information in Call For Service after call creation.

You can edit the caller information after the fact by going to the "people" tab in the call and clicking the edit pencil to the right of the grid, under the "Actions" column.

1. Open the call and click the "people" tab, find the caller and click the edit pencil:
      

2. Edit the information as needed, then click "save".
      

3. When you return to the call screen, you should see the updated information:
